Description:
The World Bank Group (WB)is looking to recruit a qualified vendorto prepare a summary report on best practices for the design and development ofa comprehensive price comparison website (PCW) for financial services,including banking products, loans and insurance provided by the financialinstitutions, provide capacity building and training to the National Bank ofTajikistan (NBT-s) in-house team of about 8 staff on best practices for the developmentand maintenance of the platform as well as provide on-going clarifications tothe WB on the project implementation, as needed. The instructions and thesummary report with graphical presentation shall be based on the bestinternational practices applied for such platforms in similar environments. Themain purpose of this assignment is to equip the Client with the necessaryknowledge and tools they can use for the design and development of the platformthat will enable users by offering transparent, up-to-date comparisons offinancial products and services across a range of providers. 2. ObjectivesTo prepare a summaryreport with a graphic presentation on international best practice for the designand development of PCW for financial services, provide training to NBT ITresources on the best practices for the design and implementation of a streamlined,user-friendly platform for comparing financial products.
