- Tenders are invited for Construction of Job Center for Dushanbe City. The Ministry of Labour, Migration and Employment of the Republic of Tajikistan (“the Employer”) invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders for the construction and completion of CW04 package - Construction of Job Center for Dushanbe City (“the Works”). The period of construction is 547 calendar days Average Annual Construction Turnover Financial Resources Contracts of Similar Size and Nature Minimum average annual construction turnover of US Dollars Eight Million Seven Hundred Thousand (US$ 8,700,000.00), calculated as total certified payments received for contracts in progress or completed, within the last three (3) years (2019-2021). Availability of financial resources of not less than US Dollars One Million One Hundred Thousand (US$ 1,100,000.00). Participation as a contractor, Joint Venture partner, or Subcontractor, in at least one (1) contract that has been satisfactorily and substantially completed within the last five (5) years and that is similar to the proposed works, where the value of the Bidder-s participation exceeds US Dollars Five Million Two Hundred Thousand (US$ 5,200,000.00).
