Description:
Procurement Plan for Consultancy Services for Institutional, Agricultural Support and Gender and Social Development The PIC contract is relatively complex and entails detailed design, construction supervision and support to the EA to implement the institutional, agricultural and gender and social development aspects, and safeguards and studies. International advertising with 90:10 selection is warranted. Engagement of the auditor will be through block audit arrangements performed by State Committee on Investment and State Property Management in close collaboration with TJRM. Audit costs for the project will be charged to the project costs based on established block audit harmonized standard contract. Open Competitive Bidding (OCB) for Goods The heavy machinery (excavators), SCADA equipment, etc, are not available in local market and international advertising is warranted. Local contractors are well experienced for less complex I&D works and the market is competitive. The larger and more complex civil works contracts require international expertise.
