The offline submission must still follow EOI format in CSRN. However, consultants submitting EOIs outside CSRN are still required to be registered in CMS. The consultant must also provide an acceptable reason to the Client for not submitting the EOI through CSRN. With particular reference to coronavirus disease (COVID-19), travel shall be assessed by the Client and the Consultant before proceeding. The Consultant may use remote video technology to replace face to face meetings, and do home office work, as considered necessary.
